BaZi · Free comparison
Two BaZi charts disagree. Which pillars differ?
Enter the birth details and the four pillars shown by the other site. Compare the characters, then check the calculation settings and known boundaries.
Pillar comparison
Enter another site's Year, Month and Day Pillars. The Hour Pillar can stay empty when the birth time is unknown.
How the comparison works
Kaucim calculates the four pillars with its existing lunar-typescript engine. The year changes at Li Chun, months at the twelve Jie solar terms, and the day at midnight. Late Zi uses the same calendar day's midnight pillars. Each birth-hour window uses its starting hour; unknown time omits the Hour Pillar.
Policy branch-midnight-v1. The engine has known limits for solar-term transitions within an hour window and late-Zi births on transition days. A matching pair near those boundaries remains marked for review. No interpretation or prediction accuracy is measured.

These examples use fictional birth details. The comparison values were either copied from Kaucim or deliberately changed to demonstrate the result states. They are not observations of another website.
Why can calculators give different results?
A Gregorian date entered as a lunar date, a missed leap month, daylight saving, solar-time correction or a different day boundary can change the chart. Check the original inputs and conventions first. If those are unknown, this tool leaves the cause unresolved.
Can I paste a screenshot?
This version accepts the written Chinese pillars. Copy eight characters in Year, Month, Day, Hour order, or type each pair in its field. It does not identify pillars from screenshots or arbitrary text.
