Starry Research Labs Limited (the "Company", "we", "us") operates kaucim.ai (the "Website"). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, and protect your personal data, in compliance with the Hong Kong Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance (PDPO, Cap. 486).

We share data with: Stripe, Inc. for payment processing (see Stripe Privacy Policy); Anthropic (Claude AI) for generating interpretations (your content selection and question type are sent, but no personally identifiable information); and our hosting provider (e.g. Vercel) which may process access logs. We do not sell, rent, or otherwise disclose your personal data to third parties, except as required by law.

本網站目前不使用追蹤 Cookies。我們使用瀏覽器的 localStorage 功能來緩存您已解鎖的付費內容，以便您隨時返回查看。此資料僅存儲在您的設備上。

This Website currently does not use tracking cookies. We use browser localStorage to cache your unlocked paid content so you can access it anytime. This data is stored only on your device. If we introduce analytics tools in the future, we will update this policy accordingly.

您的資料可能存儲在香港以外的地區（包括美國），因為我們使用的第三方服務商（Stripe、Vercel、Anthropic）的伺服器位於海外。我們採取合理措施保護您的資料安全，但無法保證互聯網傳輸的絶對安全性。
Your data may be stored outside Hong Kong (including the United States) as our third-party providers (Stripe, Vercel, Anthropic) operate servers overseas. We take reasonable measures to protect your data but cannot guarantee absolute security of internet transmissions.
7. 您的權利 Your Rights (Under PDPO)
根據香港《個人資料(私隱)條例》，您有權：
- 查閱 — 要求查閱我們持有的您的個人資料
- 更正 — 要求更正不準確的個人資料
- 刪除 — 在合理情況下要求刪除您的個人資料

Under the PDPO, you have the right to: access the personal data we hold about you; correct inaccurate data; and request deletion of your data where reasonable. To exercise these rights, please email support@kaucim.ai.
8. 兒童隱私 Children's Privacy
本服務並非針對 16 歲以下的兒童。如果我們得知已收集未成年人的個人資料，將會採取措施刪除相關資料。
The Service is not directed to children under 16. If we become aware that we have collected personal data from a minor, we will take steps to delete it.
