1. 服務性質 Service Nature
kaucim.ai 提供的是一次性數位內容服務。用戶付款成功後,系統會即時在線解鎖對應的完整解讀內容,無實體商品、無物流配送、無訂閱或自動續費。
kaucim.ai provides a one-time digital content service. After successful payment, the relevant full interpretation is unlocked immediately online. There are no physical goods, shipping, subscriptions, or recurring charges.
2. 一般退款規則 General Refund Rule
由於本服務屬於付款後即時交付的數位內容,且內容會在支付成功後立即解鎖,一般情況下付款後不支持退款、取消或換貨。
Because the Service is digital content delivered immediately after payment, payments are generally non-refundable, non-cancellable, and non-exchangeable once the content has been unlocked.
3. 可申請例外退款的情況 Exceptional Refund Cases
僅在以下有限情況下,我們會審核退款申請:
- 重複扣款或明顯重複購買同一筆訂單
- 支付成功,但系統在合理時間內未提供已購買內容,且經我們核實屬於技術故障
- 未經授權的欺詐交易,並經支付渠道或我們合理核實
Refund requests are reviewed only in limited cases such as duplicate charges, payment completed but purchased content was not delivered due to a verified technical failure, or an unauthorised fraudulent transaction verified by the payment channel or by us.
4. 不適用退款的情況 Non-refundable Cases
- 因個人主觀不滿意、解讀結果不符合預期或改變主意
- 已成功查看、截圖、保存或分享已解鎖內容後要求退款
- 因用戶設備、網絡、瀏覽器設置或未按提示操作造成的體驗問題
Refunds are not available for dissatisfaction with the interpretation, change of mind, requests made after the unlocked content has been viewed, saved, or shared, or issues caused by the user's device, network, browser settings, or failure to follow instructions.
5. 申請方式 How to Request Support
如您認為符合上述例外情況,請於付款後 7 日內 發送電郵至 support@kaucim.ai,並提供訂單時間、付款截圖、問題描述及聯絡方式。我們會在合理時間內回覆並審核。
If you believe your order qualifies for an exception, email support@kaucim.ai within 7 days of payment with your order time, payment screenshot, issue description, and contact details. We will review and respond within a reasonable time.
