kaucim.ai provides a one-time digital content service. After successful payment, the relevant full interpretation is unlocked online immediately. There are no physical goods, shipping, subscriptions, or recurring charges.
2. General Refund Rule
Because the Service is digital content delivered immediately after payment, and the content is unlocked the moment payment succeeds, payments are generally non-refundable, non-cancellable, and non-exchangeable.
3. Exceptional Refund Cases
Refund requests are reviewed only in the following limited cases:
- Duplicate charges or clearly duplicated purchases of the same order
- Payment completed, but the purchased content was not delivered within a reasonable time, and we have verified the cause to be a technical failure
- Unauthorised fraudulent transactions verified by the payment channel or by us
4. Non-refundable Cases
- Subjective dissatisfaction with the interpretation, results not matching personal expectations, or change of mind
- Refund requests made after the unlocked content has been viewed, screenshotted, saved, or shared
- Issues caused by the user's device, network, browser settings, or failure to follow on-screen instructions
5. How to Request Support
If you believe your order qualifies for an exception, please email support@kaucim.ai within 7 days of payment with your order time, payment screenshot, issue description, and contact details. We will review and respond within a reasonable time.
