使用本網站或購買任何服務，即代表您已閱讀、理解並同意受本服務條款（「本條款」）約束。若您不同意本條款的任何部分，請勿使用本網站。
Welcome to kaucim.ai (the "Website"), operated by Starry Research Labs Limited (the "Company", "we", "us"), a company incorporated in the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region. By accessing or using this Website, or purchasing any services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (the "Terms"). If you do not agree, please do not use the Website.
2. 服務描述 Service Description
本網站提供 AI 輔助的東方傳統文化內容解讀服務（「本服務」）。解讀內容由人工智能模型生成，僅供文化體驗、娛樂及參考用途。
The Website provides AI-assisted interpretation of traditional Eastern cultural content (the "Service"). All interpretations are generated by artificial intelligence models and are intended solely for cultural experience, entertainment and reference purposes.
3. 支付與計費 Payments and Billing
3.1 本網站提供的「解簽」完整內容為一次性數字服務，價格為 18 港幣 (HKD)（含稅，如適用）。
3.2 所有費用均為一次性收費，用戶支付成功後即獲得對應簽詩的完整解鎖內容，無訂閱、無自動續費。
3.3 本服務為付款後即時交付的數位內容服務。退款、取消與例外處理規則適用本網站的 退款政策 Refund Policy。除退款政策明確列出的例外情況外，付款成功後一般不支持退款。
3.4 支付成功後，用戶可通過瀏覽器隨時返回網站查看已解鎖內容（只要本服務持續運營）。
3.5 支付由 Stripe 處理，您授權我們及 Stripe 從您提供的支付方式中扣除相應款項。Stripe 的隱私政策適用於您的支付信息。
3.6 如發生拒付（chargeback）或爭議，我們保留永久封禁相關帳號的權利，並可追討包括律師費在內的所有損失。
3.1 The full "interpretation" content is a one-time digital service priced at HK$18 (inclusive of applicable taxes).
3.2 All charges are one-time payments. Upon successful payment you receive the full unlocked content. There is no subscription or recurring billing.
3.3 This is a digital service delivered immediately after payment. Refunds, cancellations, and exceptions are governed by the Refund Policy. Unless an exception listed there applies, payments are generally non-refundable once successful.
3.4 After successful payment, you may return to view unlocked content at any time (subject to continued operation of the Service).
3.5 Payments are processed by Stripe. You authorise us and Stripe to charge the payment method you provide. Stripe's own privacy policy applies to your payment data.
3.6 In the event of a chargeback or dispute, we reserve the right to permanently suspend the associated account and recover all losses including legal costs.
4. 用戶義務 User Obligations
您同意不會將本服務用於任何非法或未經授權的目的，包括但不限於使用自動化工具抓取內容、對服務進行逆向工程或干擾服務正常運行。
You agree not to use the Service for any unlawful or unauthorised purpose, including but not limited to using automated tools to scrape content, reverse-engineering the Service, or interfering with its normal operation.
5. 知識產權與使用許可 Intellectual Property
所有 AI 生成的解讀內容及網站設計、代碼的版權歸 Starry Research Labs Limited 所有。用戶僅獲得非獨佔、不可轉讓的個人查看許可，不得複製、分享、轉售、商業使用或二次創作。
All AI-generated interpretations, website design, and code are the copyright of Starry Research Labs Limited. Users are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable, personal viewing licence only. You may not copy, redistribute, resell, commercially exploit, or create derivative works.
6. 免責聲明 Disclaimers
本服務僅供文化體驗、娛樂及參考之用，不構成任何宗教、心理、醫療、法律、財務或其他專業意見。
AI 解簽結果為生成式內容，不保證準確性、完整性或適用性。用戶使用本服務即表示自行承擔所有風險，本公司不對任何直接或間接損失負責。
The Service is for cultural experience, entertainment and reference only and does not constitute religious, psychological, medical, legal, financial, or any other professional advice. AI-generated results are not guaranteed to be accurate, complete, or suitable. By using the Service, you assume all risks. The Company shall not be liable for any direct or indirect losses.
7. 責任限制 Limitation of Liability
在法律允許的最大範圍內，本公司對用戶因使用本服務產生的任何損失的責任上限為用戶已支付的費用（HK$18）。本公司不對任何間接、附帶、後果性或懲罰性損害負責。
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Company's total liability for any loss arising from the Service is limited to the fee actually paid by the user (HK$18). The Company shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages.
8. 終止與修改 Termination and Changes
我們保留隨時修改服務內容、價格或終止服務的權利。修改後的條款將於本頁面公佈後即時生效。支付後的已解鎖內容將繼續可訪問（視服務運營情況而定）。
We reserve the right to modify, reprice, or discontinue the Service at any time. Updated terms take effect immediately upon posting on this page. Previously unlocked content will remain accessible subject to continued operation.
9. 適用法律與爭議解決 Governing Law
本服務條款受香港特別行政區法律管轄並按其解釋。任何爭議提交香港法院管轄。
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Hong Kong.
