Creator Partner Terms

These Terms govern the kaucim.ai Creator Partner Program (the "Program"). Applying to, or taking part in, the Program means you agree to these Terms.

1. Scope

These Terms supplement the Terms of Service and the Privacy Policy. On anything specific to the Program, these Terms control over the Terms of Service. These Terms cover individual creators only; a partnership with an agency or a company is arranged separately, in writing.

2. Eligibility and Review

You must be at least 18 years old and hold a steady audience on a social platform or content channel. We review every application individually and may decline, suspend, or end a partnership without giving a reason. There is no follower-count threshold; review looks at content quality, audience fit, and whether you share responsibly.

3. Single-Tier Program

You earn commission only on the users you bring in directly. Anyone your referrals go on to invite, and any downline or team, earns you nothing. The Program has no multi-level payout structure.

4. Commission and Attribution

Commission is 30% of what a referred user actually pays on their first valid payment, with an HK$8 minimum, calculated in HKD. The attribution window runs 30 days from the click on your link; if the same user clicked more than one creator's link, the last click wins. Only a user's first payment ever counts, so a later purchase earns nothing further. The following do not count toward commission: a purchase by you, your own account, or the same device, a purchase by a family member without our written consent, and any order we use for testing. The commission rate, attribution window, and other details are as published on the /en/partners page; a change we make applies only to orders placed after it.

5. Payout Schedule

Commission is calculated once a month and paid within 30 days of that calculation. It is paid out once your balance reaches HK$100; anything below that carries over to the next period with no expiry. Payment is by FPS, bank transfer, PayPal, or Wise, in HKD or the local-currency equivalent; any exchange-rate difference and the recipient's own fees are yours to bear. We may ask you to verify your identity or payout account before paying.

6. Refunds and Clawbacks

If a referred user's payment is refunded, charged back, disputed, or found to be fraudulent or invalid, the matching commission is reversed. Commission already paid to you is deducted from your next payout; where that is not enough to cover it, we will notify you and ask for the balance back.

7. Promotion Rules

Describe the product honestly. Do not claim "100% accurate," promise a reunion, promise wealth, or promise any guaranteed outcome, and do not present a fortune-stick verse or a reading as medical, legal, or financial advice. Do not bid on ads for kaucim, kaucim.ai, or close variants of our brand name, do not list your link on coupon or discount-code sites, and do not impersonate kaucim.ai or its staff. Follow the disclosure rules of whatever platform you post on. Disclose the partnership on every post, for example Instagram's Paid Partnership label, TikTok's commercial content toggle, or #ad.

8. Data and Tax

The name, email, platform link, payout details, and commission records you provide are handled under the "Creator and referral data" section of the Privacy Policy. Commission may count as taxable income where you live; reporting and paying any tax on it is your own responsibility.

9. Suspension, Termination, and Leaving

We may suspend or end a partnership if you breach these Terms, the Terms of Service, or the law; in serious cases, unpaid commission is forfeited. If the Program itself is wound down, we will run one final settlement. You can leave at any time by emailing us; commission you had already earned before leaving is still paid as usual.

10. Changes and Governing Law

We may revise these Terms. A revision takes effect once posted on this page with an updated date, and applies only to orders placed after that. These Terms are governed by the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region. Questions go to support@kaucim.ai.
