Kaucim photo to cartoon

Turn one photo into a cartoon, or a pencil drawing.

Upload a clear portrait and choose a style. The drawing keeps your hair, face shape and expression, so it still reads as you at profile-picture size. Nothing is saved, and you don't need an account.

Six photos, both styles

Same photo, two hands.

Each row is one photo drawn both ways. Look at the hairline, the glasses and the set of the mouth; those are what the first pass writes down and the second pass keeps.

What does it make?

A square cartoon or pencil drawing of the person in your photo. Flat colour and clean lines for the cartoon, graphite and hatching for the drawing.

Does it still look like me?

It reads your hair silhouette, face shape, glasses and facial hair first, then draws from those. It will not slim, whiten or smooth you.

Is it free?

Yes. Three drawings a day per browser, no sign-in.

How it works

Two passes, one photo.

The first pass looks at the photo and writes down what makes the face yours: the hair line and parting, the shape of the jaw, the spacing of the eyes, glasses, a beard. The second pass draws from that list and from the photo together, so a cartoon eye can be a little larger without the face drifting into someone else.

Studio looks are off the table. You will not get a Pixar face or a Ghibli one, and the drawing will not copy a named artist. A flat cartoon and a pencil sketch are old enough to belong to everyone.

Privacy

The photo goes through once.

Your browser resizes the photo, sends it to the generation provider for this one request, and shows you the result. Kaucim does not store the original, the face notes or the drawing, and does not make a public page for it. The provider handles the request under its own terms. Adults only.

Another style

Want it as a Riso print instead?

The same photo can come back as a risograph-style profile picture with paper grain and spot colour. It is a separate page with its own daily allowance.

Questions

Which photos work best?

One adult, facing the camera or turned slightly, evenly lit, with the face filling at least a third of the frame and nothing covering the features.

Can I get an anime version?

No. Anime, manga and chibi are not offered, and neither is any named studio style. The two styles here are a flat cartoon and a pencil drawing.

What if it doesn't look like me?

Each photo gets one redo that asks the model to match the face more closely. If it still misses, a different photo with better light usually fixes it.

What size is the result?

A 1024 by 1024 WebP. It is made for profile pictures and reads clearly when scaled down.

Do you keep my photo?

No. The original and the drawing exist in your browser and at the provider for the length of the request. Nothing is written to a database.

How many can I make?

Three a day per browser while generation is on, across both styles. After that, a pack of 12 for $2.99 lasts 24 hours on the same browser. One payment, nothing renews.
